How claiming works
- 1Bring your SHA (Social Health Authority / ex-NHIF) card (or any other approved insurer's membership card) and a national ID to reception.
- 2We pre-authorise your optical or dental benefit with your insurer before treatment.
- 3You sign the claim form after your consultation — no cash needed for covered items.
- 4Any co-payment or out-of-benefit balance is payable by M-Pesa or card on collection.
Not on this list? Choose Other / Direct Cash — we issue a detailed receipt for reimbursement.
